Since 2017 I am working for the Swedish media company Mittmedia as a project manager. Mittmedia runs 20 regional web sites and 28 regional newspapers. I am based in Stockholm.
From 2015 to 2017 I was working for the Swedish media company LRF Media digital as an online audience specialist and project manager. One of my first assignments was to participate in the launch of the new site†Land.se†which took place in April 2015.
From 2012 to 2014 I was Metro International’s "global product manager" for development of editorial tools and mobile apps, assisting and coaching editors worldwide in online publishing.

October 2014: Helped launch†Metro.us†on Metro’s common online platform.
January-February 2014: Led the development of Metro's new apps with push notifications for Android and iPhone in Russia, Sweden, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Puerto Rico.
December 2013-January 2014: Participated in the launch in Mexico City of "Latin American Hub", an internal news agency producing content in Spanish for several Metro countries.

2012: Helped launch mobile sites in†Sweden,†France, Puerto Rico,†Colombia†and†the Netherlands, and assisted the local team to establish the online version of†Metro Puerto Rico.
From 2007 to 2012, I was an editorial project manager at Aftonbladet, Sweden’s largest newspaper and web site, responsible for the continuous development of†mobile web†and news and sport apps for†iPhone†and Android. During these years Aftonbladet's mobile site grew very quickly to become by far the most visited in Sweden, according to official figures of†Kia index.
From 1998 to 2007 I worked as a news desk editor for Aftonbladet.se†during an expansive period when Internet was established as a primary news source. During that time I was also editor for the Travel and Motor sections of the site, and participated in various internal development projects. The internally developed content management system at Aftonbladet was named "Bjarnux" to reflect my contribution of original ideas to the system.
Before 1998 I worked for several years as a sub-editor at the printed edition of Aftonbladet when it overtook its main competitor and became the largest newspaper in Sweden.
